The goal of Lander University's ITS Technical Services Team is to provide professional level technical support promptly and courteously to faculty and staff of Lander University in support of a top level educational experience for our student population.
The Technical Services Team provides the following services to the Lander University Community:
Technology Purchasing (Institutional Purchases)
Technology Purchasing (Personal Purchases)
The most efficient way to ask for support is to contact the ITS Help Desk at (864)388-8234. The Help Desk is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Faculty and Staff are always welcome to drop by the Help Desk with a laptop and questions.
Weekend and After Hours Support
While the Help Desk is not staffed on weekends or after hours, Faculty and Staff can call and leave a voicemail message at the help desk extension. The Technical Services Staff will monitor messages left after hours or on the weekend so that appropriate support can be available as soon as possible when personnel are once again available.
