Student Email
Attention Faculty, Staff and Students:
Beginning 4/30/2008, Students will have new mailboxes created on the new Microsoft Exchange server. Mail items from your previous mailbox will not be migrated; however, you will still be able to access those items. Please note that your new e-mail address will become the default for official university notification. You can access your username under your Personal Information tab in Bearcat Web, then click on View E-Mail addresses. The default password for the new mailbox is your birthdate and last digits of your Social Security Number in the format of MMDDSSSS.

The old student e-mail server will be shut down on December 1st, 2008. If you still have email in your account and would like to save it, either forward the email to another account or use the instructions below to "pop" or download the messages to your computer using an email client.

Setting Up and Email Client:
- Instructions on how to set up an email client such as Outlook Express for the old email server can be found here (PDF format). If you would like to save your old email, setting up an email client will help you do so.
- Instructions for the new email server will be posted shortly.
