CHEM 351 - Introduction to Chemical Engineering
Fundamental concepts of chemical engineering, including mass and energy balances, PVT
relations for gases and vapors, and elementary phase equilibrium. Use of numerical methods
for solution of typical engineering problems. Three hours lecture, two hours laboratory
weekly. Prerequisites: CHEM 112, PHYS 212. Four semester hours.
