Group Exercise
A variety of group exercise classes are offered each semester, for students, faculty and staff. The classes are a great opportunity for students to receive guidance on how to achieve their fitness goals. Likewise, the classes are great for the more experienced individual, who is looking to burn fat and tone up their physique in a fun atmosphere.
