Facility Requests
Facilities must be Reserved 2-Weeks Prior to the Event
Facility request forms are available in the Student Activities Office located in the Grier Student Center, GC-214.
To reserve a facility, you first need to know what area you want reserved and the date and time you are requesting the facility. To find out if the facility is available, contact the Area Coordinator for that facility: Click here to see a complete list of Facilities
If the facility is available for your event and you are a registered student organization you will need a facility request form.
The forms must be completed and a signature obtained by the Office of Student Activities (Debbie Spearman or Jeff Constant) before being submitted to the area coordinator.
The facility request is then taken to the appropriate area coordinator. The facility will be scheduled and submitted to the Coordinator of Facilities, Samantha Byrd for final approval. Once final approval is given, an email will be sent to the President of your organization verifying your reservation.
