Last Day to Cancel Contract and Receive a Full Refund for the fall semester.

No Refunds of Room Reservation/Damage Deposit and Confirmation Fee however, contract is not binding for the fall semester.

If the student decides not to live in Student Housing, the student must participate in the “Buy-Out Option” as scheduled below:

BLOCK A:     August 1 - September 4  

Buy-Out Option:   35% of entire contract

BLOCK B:      September 5 - October 15   

Buy-Out Option:   Cost of days used, plus 35% of remaining contract period

BLOCK C:    October 16 - January 6  

Buy-Out Option :   35% of Spring semester rent

BLOCK D:    January 7 - March 15 

Buy-Out Option:  Cost of days used, plus 35% of remaining contract period
