Employed with Lander since 1974 and in Law Enforcement since 1969, Chief Manley is a certified Law Enforcement Officer through the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy. 

Chief Manley attended numerous training scools in the Police Academy and previously served as acting Police Chief with the Greenwood City Police Department.

Assistant Chief Eddie Briggs

Employed with Lander since 2004 and in Law Enforcement since 1984, Assistant Chief Briggs previously served as a Lieutenant with the Greenwood City Police Dept.   Briggs served as a  Detective and Training Officer in that same unit.

A certified Fire Arms Instructor, Driving Instructor and Defensive Tactics.  Briggs has attended numerous training schools.

Angela Fulbright

Administrative Specialist II

Employed with Lander since 1982, Angela Fulbright takes care of Student, Faculty and Staff I.D.'s, and parking permits .

In addition to handling all secretarial duties for LUPD, Fulbright serves as the First Shift  Communications Specialist.                       

Sgt. Curtis Moore

Employed with Lander since 1999 and in Law Enforcement since 1987, Sgt Moore is a certified Law Enforcement Officer through the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy. 

A certified Radar Operator, Data Master Operator and FTO., Sgt Moore has attended numerous training schools through the academy.

Sgt. Todd Bailes

Employed with Lander since 2008 and in Law Enforcement since 1985, Sgt Bailes is a certified Law Enforcement Officer through the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy.

Sgt. Bailes is a certified Radar Operator and has held numerous instructor certificates. Sgt. Bailes has previously served with the Laurens County Sheriff's Department, the Clinton Police Department, and Whitten Center Public Safety Department.

Cpl. Derrick Busby

Employed with Lander since 1993 and in Law Enforcement since 1991, Cpl Busby is a certified Law Enforcement officer through the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy. 

A certified Radar Operator and  Specific Skills Instructor, Busby has  attended numerous training schools through the academy.

Cpl. Jonathon Pratt

Employed with Lander since 2004 and in Law Enforcement since 1994, Cpl Pratt previously served as a Crime Scene Technician with the Greenwood City Police Department.

Cpl Pratt is a certified Crime Scene Technician, and Forensic Examiner for Marijuana Analysis, and has attended numerous training schools.

Cpl. Christopher Sanders

Employed with Lander since 2007 and in Law enforcement since 1999, Cpl Sanders previously served with Laurens County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff and Williamston Police Dept. as a Patrolman and School Resource Officer. 

Cpl Sanders has attended numerous training schools and seminars.

Cpl. Greg Allen

Cpl. Allen previously served with the S.C. Department of Probation Pardon and Parole and the Abbeville County Sheriff's Department. 

Cpl. Matt Emery

Cpl. Emery previously served with the Greenwood County Sheriff's Department.

  Cpl. Eden Castillo

Employed with Lander since 2009 and in Law Enforcement since 2006, Cpl. Castillo is a certified Law Enforcement officer through the S.C. Criminal Justice Academy.

Cpl. Castillo previously served with the S.C. Department of Probation Pardon and Parole and the Georgetown County Sheriff's Department. Cpl. Castillo is also a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Airforce Reserve.

Cpl. Haden has served in various positions throughout his career including patrol, investigations, and training. Cpl. Haden previously served with the Calhoun Falls Police Department, Greenwood Police Department and Greenwood County Sheriff's Department.
